You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.

There are innumerable cases like this where people ignore some health issues thinking ‘it’s normal’; however, those are actually vivid symptom of some serious health issue. If we become little aware and know the general symptoms of some deadly diseases, we can prevent fatal loss by taking steps on time. As per doctors, mostly patients reach hospital too late and doctors get very little option to do something for the patient. So, let’s gather some knowledge on the very basic symptoms.
Heart Problem
With increasing pollution, improper lifestyle and stress, heart has become the worst victim. Heart problem has become one of the most common issues in the current society. So, it’s important to take care of your heart and know the early symptoms of disease. In general, any chest pain, especially in the left part, palpitation, feeling of suffocation, excessive sweating and so on are some of the major indications that you should go for a health check-up at home.
Lung Problem
While most of us know about the heart a little, we mostly don’t have much knowledge about lung — the air-pump of our body. With huge pollution in the air, smoke of mosquito coils, incense sticks, cigarette and so on the lung get covered with a layer which causes breathing problem. As it happens very slowly over time, we mostly can’t understand it properly and get habituated. However, this can often lead to asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia, or even lung cancer. So, if you are having chronic cough, breathing problem, feeling of suffocation, burning sensation on chest, don’t waste time — check the Best Health Checkup Packages and get it tested.
Apart from these, you should keep basic testing equipment like thermometer, pressure meter, blood sugar testing kit and so on at home for regular monitoring any change in your health. If you are gaining or losing weight rapidly, or feeling any rapid or chronic change in your health, don’t ignore it. There are several labs available online who provide home-based health checkup and that too at very affordable price. Go for that. It will save a lot of money and above all your health.
